Is parking available?

Yes, we provide complimentary parking for our guests right by our dock, making it convenient for you to enjoy your visit without worrying about parking fees.

How many passengers can fit on board?

6 passengers

Are your captains licensed?

Yes, our captains hold Master Licenses, ensuring a high level of expertise and proficiency to provide you with a safe and enjoyable journey on our vessels.

May I tip the Captain and Crew?

Absolutely! Tipping the captain is greatly appreciated, and our captains will be sincerely grateful for your generosity.

What is your cancellation policy?

Guests can cancel rides/tours without penalty up to 48 hours before departure. Please notify us by phone or email. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are subject to full charges. We offer a 100% refund for rides/tours canceled by Gulf Breeze Charters due to weather conditions or tides.

What is your smoking policy?

For the comfort and safety of all passengers, smoking and vaping are not allowed on board. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a smoke-free environment during your journey with us.

Will we see dolphins?

While dolphins often grace us with their presence and come close to our boats, they are incredible wild animals, and their appearances are not guaranteed. We’ll do our best to create an environment where you might catch a glimpse of these amazing creatures in their natural habitat.

Are there bathrooms on board?

No

What facilities are on Keewaydin Island?

Keewaydin Island offers a pristine natural experience with no facilities, including bathrooms or garbage cans. We encourage visitors to leave no trace by bringing back their garbage, maintaining the island’s untouched beauty.

Can we bring our own food and drink on board?

Absolutely! Feel free to bring your own food and drinks on board, excluding red wine. Whether it’s a meal from your favorite restaurant, homemade dishes, or a delicious sandwich from a sub shop, we want you to enjoy your journey with the food and drinks you love.

Are shoes allowed?

While we generally ask guests to remove their shoes upon boarding, in colder weather, we allow shoes. However, please avoid high heels or shoes with abrasive soles for everyone’s safety and comfort.

Will I get sea sick?

We stay in protected waters during all our charters, minimizing the likelihood of sea sickness. However, if someone in your party is sensitive to motion sickness, we recommend taking sea sickness medicine as directed before the trip for a more comfortable experience.

What if the weather is bad?

While we hope for sunny days, bad weather is a possibility. If the Captain determines that weather poses a safety concern, we’ll be happy to reschedule your booking or provide a refund. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we appreciate your understanding in such situations.

What do you provide?

Beach taxi experience: each passenger will be provided with a beach chair with canopy, beach towel, and souvenir shell bag to collect shells or other keepsakes, games and bucket/shovel for kids, complimentary soft drinks and a complimentary fruit salad.

Sunset tour: each passenger will be provided with complimentary water, soft drinks, white wine and snack, blankets for those who wish to keep warm.

What should we bring?

Remember to bring sunscreen and bug spray. (Our supplies of sunscreen and bug spray are limited, but available to all to share as needed.)

No

Can I bring pets on board?

We love our fury animals but, unfortunately, they not allowed on board.

Are children allowed?

Of course, we love families! Kids are always our special guests. Children must be at least 2 years old for all excursions.

Are children required to wear lifejackets?

Children under the age of six must wear lifejackets at all times. Between 6 and 13 at parents’ discretion.

Yes, both for adults and children

Do I need to bring my ID?

It’s always good to bring your identification with you at all times in case you might need it.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled boarding time.
